World neglected tropical diseases (NTD) Day 2022
Today, 30th January marks the third annual #WorldNTDsDay. World neglected tropical diseases (NTD) Day serves as a platform to raise awareness, advocate for increased resources for NTDs, and crucially galvanise political leadership and ownership of NTD programmes by affected countries.
PAMCA continues to mobilise efforts among actors in the vector-control space in the fight against NTDs. Through collaboration and collective action, we believe we can tackle stigma, social exclusion and beat NTDs. We will be highlighting some important messages from across PAMCA’s network, sharing the voices of those in Africa who are committed to combatting NTDs. We invite you to join us in this important dialogue.
